This #MentalHealthMonday post is inspired by our post from last week… or lack thereof.
Sometimes, when you do not reach a goal that you have set for yourself, you feel like you have “dropped the ball”.
Maybe you didn’t drop the ball at all.
Maybe you just had to put it down for a bit.
Give yourself permission to put your mental health first and pass, let go, or put down the ball every once in a while.
You will stop punishing yourself and start thanking yourself.
