Support Your Well Being


There are many aspects of well-being, all of which are interconnected and equally important, supporting a well-rounded and balanced lifestyle. The many aspects of well-being can be maintained and improved in differing ways, including but not limited to:

  • Connecting with others – speak to someone new or reconnect with an old friend
  • Engaging in physical activity – what is your favorite form of exercise?
  • Learning a new skill – what DIY project have you been wanting to start and have not?
  • Taking time to relax – remember, doing nothing sometimes is doing something!
  • Giving to others – giving a gigantic smile to a stranger at the grocery store may change their day.
  • Engaging in mindfulness -taking time to enjoy the moment and the environment around you

What did you do over the weekend to support your well-being?

This weekend I chose to explore and hike a new place with my partner and dog.
